All defective or damaged rugs may be returned to us at our expense.
All “courtesy” returns – (rugs returned per the customer’s request) for any reason other than above, must be returned unused within 48 hours of receipt. After inspection, we will refund the full purchase price, including any tax, but excluding all shipping costs in both directions.
Please note a 15% restocking fee may apply to special order rugs that are returned.
